Green Mountain Laboratories recently participated in a collaborative study with the AOAC for the evaluation of methodology for soy isoflavones analysis. Dr. Lori Tremblay directed the study at GML. This method is applicable for the determination for soy isoflavones in dietary supplements, supplement ingredients, and soy foods. Soy isoflavones were determined by HPLC with UV-vis detection.
